You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours in advance with no extra charge. However if you fail to adhere to the cancellation policy as stated under the terms and conditions the business has the right to obtain your deposit taken in the salon or through your online payment method.

We understand that Saturdays are precious and we don’t want to waste your time sitting in our Salon! We have extended our hours and giving you THREE LATE NIGHTS during the week instead! If you have any troubles booking online with our late nights please give us a call and we will make sure you’ll be looked after.
